Axynoxia is an enterprise software company. When you use our contact form, we collect and process the personal data you provide. This policy explains how we handle that data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
2. Data We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), selected service interest, and the message you write. We do not collect any other personal data unless you voluntarily provide it.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether a project engagement is a mutual fit. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Legal Basis
Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), specifically responding to business inquiries you have initiated. Where applicable, we rely on your consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact data for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 12 months). After this period, your data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records how the pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where the site is hard to use. Text you type into forms is masked and never sent to Clarity.
Google Analytics cookies and Microsoft Clarity only run after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. If you reject them, Clarity does not load and no Clarity cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button in the corner of every page. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.
If you accept advertisement cookies, we also load Apollo's website visitor tool, which tells us which companies visit the site so we can follow up with relevant businesses. It stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser. If you reject advertisement cookies, it does not load, and any ID it stored earlier is removed. Apollo's privacy policy is at apollo.io.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure load speed. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not track you across sites, so it runs without a consent choice.
